A birthday cake for an avid knitter, I am very pleased how this came out.

Heavenly Delights: Your wedding cake should reflect the style and essence of this incredible day! I believe a couple should be able to display their own personal style and creativity when choosing or designing their wedding cake. I believe a wedding cake should taste as good as it looks. Flavor should not be compromised. My signature icing is my homemade buttercream icing. I also offer rolled fondant and non-dairy whipped icings. I make my buttercream just as my mother showed me; with real sweetcream butter, and my fondant has a wonderful marshmallow-like taste. I have many different moist, scratch cake flavors and hundreds of different cake designs to choose from.
